Do I need to install an app?

No, Don Beto works 100% via WhatsApp. Residents just need to add the number and start texting.

What hardware do I need?

It works with most automatic gates. You need to add a Meross MSG200HK or Tailwind iQ3 (in progress) for remote access, and Don Beto does the rest.

How do I know if it's compatible with my gate?

Take a photo of your gate's control board and send it to contacto@donbeto.app. Make sure any text on the board is visible, our team will tell you if it's compatible.

Is it safe to control the gate via WhatsApp?

Yes. Every resident is verified by their phone number. Only registered residents can operate the gate, and every action is recorded in the digital log.

What happens if a resident has unpaid fees?

The admin can block their access. Don Beto only responds to residents who are up to date.

Can I manage multiple communities?

Yes. The admin panel allows you to manage multiple communities from a single account. Each community's data is completely isolated.

How long does the setup take?

Once the hardware is ready and the configuration info shared, setting up Don Beto takes approximately 5 business days.
